The development application review process takes time. On March 10, 2021 applications were submitted for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision, followed by application resubmissions on November 10, 2022, on August 25, 2023. The initial submission began the formal review process with the City of Toronto. This process typically takes anywhere from 18-24 months before we could receive an approval of the Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision. From there, construction would likely begin 6-12 months after, taking approximately 2-3 years. These timelines can and will change; they are a best estimate given our current stage in the process.
